What I wonder is if that we have started to see the decline of Lebron James this season. He has hit his thirties, his body starting to break down a little bit with some nagging injuries, he is not nearly the athlete he used to be and he has a TONNE of mileage on those legs. I am not saying he is going to fall off a cliff statistically or anything but Lebron hasn't been as dominant as he has been over the past 4-5 years.
His efficiency, rebounding and points per game are all down in comparison to his career average this season. His 3 point shooting has decreased in comparison to the last couple years. His FT% is the lowest it's been since 07-08. His TO's are at a career high.
No doubt Lebron James is still the best player in the league but for how long? Guys like Anthony Davis, Steph Curry and Russell Westbrook are knocking at the door. Kevin Durant when healthy is right there with them.
