Agreed.
It was also weird that the wrong ref threw the flag. The Line judge threw the flag instead of the back judge.
Technically, any ref can throw a flag on any play. But it was just weird that a guy who normally wouldn't call that one did - and then got over-ruled by the guy who shoudl have thrown it.
