I have a similar feeling about the Maple Leafs as I do to the Cubs: I want see them be wildly successful, even win a title, just because I think it'd be entertaining to watch the city go nuts for the team.

Looks like there will be some expansion teams coming. If you have an old Nordiques sweater in the attic it might have become more fashionable. Also Las Vegas and Toronto area rumored groups looking for expansion team.

Pretty good deal for both sides. Buffalo gets a goaltender with the potential to be a stud, and will probably be their starter this upcoming season. Ottawa gets a mid-1st for a guy that probably would not have played for them any time soon, and Legwands career is basically over so they dumped a bit of salary.

Legwand also has been around the block, so he might be good for the rookies that they have coming up. More so than Evander Kane.
