And that’s assuming his offense is firing on all cylinders, which is not a guarantee. Ayo makes things happen with his energy, IQ, offense and defense. If Coby isn’t churning offensively, he’s most likely hurting the team with bad defense and poor decisions. Ayo is going to make it difficult on Coby (and BD).

like the other poster mentioned coby getting 20-24 min a game. But those minutes have to come from someone…sure getting derozan a few less minutes is 3 of that 20-24 min period. You could take Ayo’s full 12 minutes away from him(as brutal as that would be) and you’re up to 15, the amount I suggested he ends up with. I just don’t see where you take 20-24 min from the current minute allotment

It’s no coincidence that Ayo was on the court a lot in that 4th quarter that the Celtics got held to just 11 points. He was helping a ton on the perimeter. Eh, I much rather have Ayo keep his minutes especially if he's playing well. I guess we'll see when he comes back and it'll depend on how Coby plays.

They will try and sit Derozan and Zach as much as possible. Derozan because of age and Zach because of his hand . When healthy Coby is the 4th best scorer on the team and hes the one that would allow Zach and Derozan to get a couple of extra minutes rest .

Coby averaged 13, 4, and 4 hes gonna get his minutes and was one of the better three point shooters' in the league so I dont think its gonna come down to choose one or the other . You are gonna see some Coby, Ayo, Caruso lineups the difference from previous years is they wont be forced to leave him out there no matter what .

Yeah...I think Bol Bol next to Vucecic is different. One is strong, one is long, and they should get rebounds.

That said, what a 4th quarter against the Celtics. Only a really good team can do something like that. It might be the best quarter of the year but it was a holy shit.

To go from getting blown out to blowing them out. Derozan was a killer. Vucevic was a fighter, and Lavine is unstoppable.

Athletically at a track meet, yes.

Jordan was exceptionally muscular and strong in addition, their big physical difference. Zach just a more modern fuel efficient airplane if you want to look at it that way.

Jordan way more durable allowed him to play at the redline with more consistency and bully people. From the other thread .. I think Lavine is alot like Clyde Drexler...took longer to develop maybe, but also has the leaping ability of Jordan and probably longer than either.

4 of the starters and 1 on the bench in double digit points. I haven't been able to catch the whole game but it seems like the 76ers are scoring at will. Was there a defensive breakdown... or?
