Let me know if the league will accept the Nighthawks as a new entrant. Go Bears!
PM'd you and a few others who indicated interest.

*EDIT* Waiting for @Leomaz to reply and register on Yahoo to claim his team. I've sent PMs and email via the old league. If not in by Thursday, the remaining spot go up for grabs to you guys.

Leo's the last one left as we have 11/12 teams in now. He did register previously but hasn't replied yet. Astonishingly, some people have work & lives beyond CCS & FF!! ?

RE $$:

It's been $50 each for the season. Pretty standard IIRC (I've yet to cash ?), 3rd place gets $50, 2nd = $150, 1st = $400.

I"m certainly open to other splits if ya'll want. IDC. Pay details will be sent by PM &/or Yahoo emails you all are using.
I trust ya...let's just get our keepers in & set the draft date/time for now at least!

All 12 teams are set!! Draft time = This Sun 8/27 @ 10:00p has been best for everybody for a while now & is set. Only half of you voted in the Doodle link and it looks to be sometime between 7:00p and 10:00p was the best start time for all. Note that we have some who are on western time zones.

PLEASE POST HERE &/or PM me ASAP if any concerns. Let's not have any auto-draft bum teams!! ?

Also, welcome NeverDieEasy as a newer CCS member and new owner. He has his work cut out for him, inheriting nc0gnet0's roster!

FWIW, I hated going zero RB, but there was terrible value at the 2-3 turn, and no pick til the 5th w/ my keeper in 4th for Chase. Reach a ton, or wait, and you all ate up those RBs even quicker than expected, but I'm stacked AF at WR, and > ave at TE.

100% reach for DJ Moore, but think he could be top 15 WR easily and worth a 3rd/4th in a keeper draft, given he's a solid 4th-5th in redraft. Can't complain about #2 slot, just very weird how it played out. You all did me dirty at RB & mine are highly suspect at best. ? I'm open to possible trades for a decent RB but may have to wait & see how my dumpster diving pans out, or if any of the rookie fliers / handcuffs become worthy.

I got the RBs for the same reason you went WR. They were all terrible value at my picks. I knew I was going Barkley or Chubb in the first, but I wasn't sure if I wanted a top QB or a wr in the 2nd. I went qb after seeing all the QB keepers and I figured there were going to be decent enough wrs available later.

Not gonna lie, I thought there was some pretty hard reaches, and I only reached on Allen to give me a consistent scorer at the position. I went with Sutton late to give me a guy I can use for a couple weeks while I try to figure out the position. Me and you might be prime to make a deal ?

Shoot me an offer or 3! I tried working a few out, but pretty hard to move from any of these boom WRs & have any reasonable math work out. Might have to sweat it out & see how things go with my current scrubs like B. Robinson & "Mr. Glass" Penny. I even considered moving one for an RB with keeper value if we swap some picks next draft to even out my big loss in points.

I like to wait a week or two to see what I got tbh, but you and I do seem like prime trade partners lol.

i got a request though. Can we change the playoff teams to 6? 8 seems excessive and takes the bye away from the 1-2 seeds.

I agree - I'd help to see how these guys pan out & if we'd both benefit. Me moving a WR moves my whole roster up one in the flex, so the RB improvement would have to be pretty substantial to make up for the WR loss. For you, losing a flex RB3/4/5 to gain a WR 1/2/3 is a win for sure.

Yeah, I'm good with 6 in playoffs. Was that the we had last year??

Can I make a suggestion that if so, and we happen to have somebody who is top 3 or better in total season points not get shafted out of a playoff spot due to shitty points against and worse W/L record? Just a thought.

To all who haven't paid yet, please check your PMs. I sent my contact info for Venmo (preferred) & Zelle. 6 have paid so far. Thanks

Yeah last year was 6. And I'm cool with the points thing if everyone else is

Looks like myself and @knoxville7 are well on our way to a third consecutive championship matchup.

I said what I said lol

It’s still a ways to claw into relevance with those two dumpster fire rosters we took over in that other league
Yeah, gonna take a lot of #1 picks for us lol

I had offered Henry to that one dude for Dobbins and a first before the season started. He turned me down lol.
