My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
This side show of a system doesn't only allow 4 a game,it totally stifles transition and it's a transition game now.
Exit passes from the D-men don't exit the zone and opposing forwards jump these short passes all the time now with NO fear of a stretch pass to start an odd-man break.
Forwards look hesitant through the neutral zone and I'm still lookin' for the big,mobile D-men Harry Potter said he had to play his system better this year. When Seth Jones does skate the puck out.he's usually by himself when he enters the zone because Forwards are still lookin for somebody to cover or I just don't know WTF I'm seeing.

Johnson gets 5M for two more after this one,we got a FIRM grip on him my friend. I know we moved Seabs deal but why can TB make Seabs LTIR situation work and we can't? They just smarter?
That's 8.5M combined between Connolly and Johnson for a Rockford guy and a 4th line winger but who's counting?
Sabres ain't lost one yet without McCabe.

Yeah, no one on the team can pass anymore, with the exception of Kane. Seriously, how many times do you see a pass in someone's skates or behind someone, not only exiting the d-zone, but in all zones?

At the end of the day, this team just completely sucks at the fundamentals, and they've been this way now for at least a few years.

The Hawks need to stop lying to themselves and over-slotting people.

They have no choice but to walk it back and start playing analytical system strategies that play to their strength.

They are confused about how to apply the data to serve themselves.

So don't "over-slot" people but put Gaudette or Reichel on Toews line? Gaudette is a marginal NHL player and Reichel has yet to even prove that. I dunno what analytics you're lookin' at but Hagel deserves that spot a lot more than the two you mentioned. Is deHAAN-job gettin' Edzo his soft serve for 4.6M?

Patrick Kane and others miss practice today for protocols. Bowman says teams 100% backed so who knows what's going to happen with the lineup

WBBM radio(I know I'm old...but 'breakfast with the Beatles' is over LOL)just listed only Gus and Carp as out for tonight.....hope that's right.

edit: Now they say Gus the Terrible and Carp are a go and Kane is out or maybe too many bangers for me!

If the Hawks make it through the 2nd without a lead tonight,they will have broken the ancient NHL record for futility........let's spend another 20 million next summer like DUMBASS did two of the last three.

Come on how many more games are they going to give Colliton!!! Bowman is going to have a make the decision to fire Colliton soon just purely to save his own skin.
Under Colliton I can not see where we are going to pick up wins from, the guy has no idea and can't even get his team to get basics and fundementals of the game right.

You never know, they could get a bump from Bowman being gone and them thinking that they need to start auditioning for a new GM and coach.
