Well I called that series 4-3 in BOS's favor before the series, and that's what happened.

That series was mostly about Boston having no answers to defend the Bulls from the perimeter. The difference in that series was ultimately that Pierce and Allen were too good for Salmons and Gordon.

Gordon actually had a pretty horrible game 7...

Salmons and Gordon were right there with Pierce and Allen, eventhough both Salmons and Gordon were injured. But they didn't lose that series for that reason. If Rondo wasn't on the floor, the Bulls win that series, even with Del Negro. Put Marbury in and Rondo out and the Bulls win that series...

Rose > West/Robinson... sure

But... Paul Pierce and Ray Allen destroy Deng and Brewer...

I'd say 4-1 Boston... 4-2 if the Bulls were lucky.

you realize kg just suffered another injury? i don't think he's going to make it through the year with those knee's.

shaq and jo are aren't better than noah. shaq has slowed down. he's also gotten a lot fatter. i'm more afraid of perkins. has jo even played this year?

KG didn't suffer a knee injury- it was a muscle injury. I think he will be fine by playoff time.

KP+Shaq+JO+Davis is a MEAN combination... we are talking about big bodies who all can rebound at a good level (besides Davis) who will all be rotating and will have fresh legs...

Shaq playing 18-20 minutes per game is about as efficient as Shaq of 4-5 years ago playing 30ish minutes.

In this argument, Rondo isn't even playing....and this guy still thinks the Bulls will get destroyed by the Celtics with the Bulls at full strength...makes no damn sense to me whatsoever...

It makes plenty of sense. You are just not considering the Celtics' ability to fill the gap of him missing. You just play Nate Robinson and Delonte West primarily off the ball. They play at a much slower pace, but still pass the ball extremely efficiently. And they are an even better half-court shooting team.

BOS minus Rondo > CHI healthy and would win that series.

They play at a much slower pace, but still pass the ball extremely efficiently. And they are an even better half-court shooting team.

We will see when and if it happens...if they get "destroyed" by Boston without Rondo, Rose isn't ready to be the man like I think he is...plain and simple. He should and would have a field day against that team without Rondo...wouldn't be a problem...

It isn't like Delonte West is a bad defender.

yeah they are very injury prone. But they always seem to be good.
