Friday is the last day ST holders have to buy tickets for this game.

Some ST holders have posted their tix on StubHub.

Stating the obvious here, when tickets become available to the public it is a mad frenzy to get them and a lot of people end up SOL.

50 degrees.... 40 is by far the lowest I have ever seen it. I've seen an ice rink work in 80 degree summer weather out there, but it is uncomfortable to skate on... so we'll see...

Precisely what I'm expecting. Anytime a big event like this goes on, they sell out before I even get a shot at them.

I'd rather be able to get my ticket immediately. Its my birthday game this season and I wouldn't want to miss it for the world.

Yeah. if you ever have an option to buy tickets like this that are in demand, always always buy them. 1.) because you will always make money on the resale, and 2.) you never know what kind of dumbass wonkey rules they'll come up with in the future. They could offer people who bought these tickets something special in the future first. that sort of thing, you just never know. If you can afford them, buy them, resell them. Hawks shouldn't be the only only ones making a fortune on the resale market.

My offer to buy would be for my own personal use. I do not have tickets for the event and would like to attend.

I would never take advantage of a situation to resell and make a profit although your point is well taken for those who pass up the opportunity to do so themselves.

Ohh definitely, My post wasn't related to you in anyway. That is a third reason you should always buy them because people you know would want them. And then you know that they are going to a good home.

As hockey continues to grow in America, NBC wants to showcase the defending Stanley Cup Champions and a perennial contender in primetime.

NBC Sports announced Thursday afternoon that the March 1 game between the Chicago Blackhawks and Pittsburgh Penguins will be moved from NBCSN to NBC and will now air on NBC at 8 p.m. ET.

The 2014 NHL Stadium Series consists of four outdoor games in addition to the NHL Winter Classic and NHL Heritage Classic, begins on January 25 at 10 p.m. ET on NBCSN, when the Los Angeles Kings face off against the Anaheim Ducks at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, CA.

The Blackhawks and Penguins are playing in the last game of the 2014 NHL Stadium Series.

They're calling the revamped logos the "Chrome Series". I expect nothing less than an absolutely heinous sweater to accompany this.

Perhaps the reflective nature would be for the fans for when they are leaving the stadium and their safety
