Developing players and finding them isn't the same. Not saying he may not be good at drafting but other than the 1st pick or 2, it's all about your infrastructure. I know your speaking of that first pick so he make knock it out of the park but it takes a village for long term success.

With Lynch, I can see them trading a 6th rounder for Cutler.
He's a friend of Cutler's and both Shanny's like Cutler.
Seriously, if Kyle takes Cutler, then he'll probably pass on Trubisky and we take Trubisky at 3.
