Sorry for taking the weekend off guys, had an IHSA playoff game and was dealing with some family issues which forced my wanting to do this on Monday. I figure, rather than listing all of the teams as I have been, I'm just going to do the .500 and under club until we start to see the magic 7th loss.

Brooklyn 0-4
Philadelphia 0-3
Indiana 0-3
Orlando 0-3
Charlotte 0-3
Lakers 0-3
New Orleans 0-3
Houston 1-3
Milwaukee 1-3
Boston 1-2
Denver 1-2
Sacramento 1-2
Phoenix 2-2
Portland 2-2

Im going to continue my idea that Brooklyn will be out of the race soonest. Next four games are Houston, Sacramento, Golden State, and Atlanta. Figure Atlanta will finish them off.

EDIT: I take it back, I vote for Philly. Their schedule is worse. Probably four L's in a row. Toronto, OKC, San Antonio, and Dallas.

The only number that matters anymore in this thread is...

Golden State. 8-0. It's obvious they are aware, the sports world is aware, they are trying for it and playing capable of it. Their defensive efficiency is historic. Their offensive efficiency is historic. Their differential is surpassing currently the same Bulls team whose records are legendary.

It's clear nobody else has even a remote chance, but we really are going to be popping champagne if we are lucky enough to see a tenth loss.

It won't be the Bulls, not with them at home.
You do know the Bulls beat them at home last season right? Granted it was a game that could have gone either way, but just sayin'.

Probably no Cyclops and Noah will be a Celtic by then.

They have a chance if Mirotic can start putting in that 35 foot 3pt shot he loves to take.

You can also read the title of this thread thinking to yourself....

What kind of watch tells measurements using a non-solar-earth time? And if any, what time is breakfast?

/nerd

Heat won 26 straight and did not break the record. Teams go through high and low periods, including the competition they face. Winning 70 games on glass ankles and playing small ball, it seems possible with a 12-0 start, but odds are against them.

The Bulls longest winning streak in 95-96 was 18 games, didn't come anywhere close to the 33 game winning streak the 71-72 Lakers had where they won 69 games. Goes to show, the winning streak doesn't really matter.
