The top 2 lines won't be stacked. Q is going to trot Morrison out there with Hossa and Sharp so he can turn the puck over 5 times in the first two periods with shitty passes again. Bolland will once again get to play with two undersized rookies and get screwed with little to no help offensively. If I'm Q, this is how I run things.

Stalberg/Toews/Kane: Pretty much a no-brainer, but I could see Q fucking this up too if this line struggles for a period or two.

Sharp/Bolland/Hossa: Bolland is the second best offensive center on this team. Hossa and Sharp are, right now, the best wingers the Hawks have. Not putting Bolland with them is fucking clownshoes, and completely counter-productive.

Frolik/Kruger/Shaw: Just don't get scored on. That's your job. Any added offense is a plus. Frolik is not a fourth liner, so if he's going to play, it has to be doing the only thing he's done well this season. Play defensive hockey.

Mayers/Morrison/Brunette: If Brunette has to play, this is where he does the least damage. There's a reason Morrison was healthy scratched by Calgary this season, and given 10 minutes of icetime a game. Giving him more shifts than Toews is, again, fucking clownshoes. He should play 10-12 minutes a game, and get PK time, if he can even still PK.

Why hasn't Stalberg been given ANY PP time? He's producing even strength and that line dominates even strength. Wouldn't common sense dictate they would do even better with the man advantage? No, let's continue to put Montador up there as a forward, or Morrison on the point. Morrison, who has proven nothing this season except he can get healthy scratched with a shitty Calgary team. Who has earned nothing with the Hawks. That's the guy that is rewarded with PP time ahead of Stalberg. More of Q's bullshit with his favorites/doghouse, and love for old, washed up veterans.

PP is 8th in the league. Must be doing something right. Maybe it's 27th. No, thats the PK.

I want them to lose just so I can see Pez ***** some more. It's been fun reading the past couple of days!

I'm just tired of Q. I think this team has the roster to take the cup this season if they had a coach worth a shit. The talent is there, from top to bottom. The problem is Q doesn't adjust systems to the players he has. He tries to force players into a system they aren't suited for.

Lol it is fun. Need to find a way to make money off of pezs anger.

You mistake frustration for anger bud. I'm not angry in the least.

I'm with ya Pez. Imagine what it would be like playing for Q, I'm frustrated just watching, imagine being on the bench.

I'd lose it. You could tell Hossa was frustrated in Vancouver. It's not very often he starts running around out of position trying to hit people.

call me crazy but I see us going 6-2-1 or 5-2-2 the rest of the way.pending no injuries. That would be awsome. But usally my predictions backfire.

Long way to go for the playoffs. They have the 5th best point total in the league and are 3-4pts from being at the top. Relax. When they are 20 or so out then you can ***** like you are. After reading your writing the past few days I'd have thought we were out of the playoff race.

Making 8 mil a year you'd sit there and keep your mouth fucking shut. Lose it... LOL! I can imagine the reaction JT or Kane would have if you told them that. They'd flat out laugh in your face.

Not likely. If in that situation I'd probably be going to the GM and letting him know exactly how the players feel about the coach and his "coaching" decisions. What are the Hawks going to do, bench their stars because they don't like the coach? Trade them because they don't like the coach? Very fucking unlikely. If a rift happens between the players and the coach, the coach is as good as gone. You know that as well as I do. Especially with the money and commitment tied up in these guys.

If Toews went to the organization and told them the players won't play for Q anymore, you really think they'd keep him?

if you did that you'd be playing in the KHL. Toews would not say that. Not even if he had reservations. I'd bet you MONEY on that. Just like you wouldn't go to the GM out of the chain of command to do shit. Or you wouldn't be playing in the NHL.

Because players never have anything to do with a coach getting canned. Right? I'm sure Ovechkin had nothing to do with the coach getting canned in Washington.... I dont' see Ovechkin playing in the KHL.

Toews would not say that because he's Toews. A lot of other players have, and would say something about the coach by going above his head. If my boss at work is a fucking idiot, and our entire team knows it, and he doesn't listen to us, we go to his boss and we tell him. I've actually been in that situation twice, and in both instances they didn't get rid of the team, they got rid of the inept boss. Chain of command? This isn't the fucking military dude.

Bruce was on the ledge far before ovechkin started throwing a tantrum, and if you haven't been paying attention Ovi is not quite sitting very pretty with the NHL.

As far as the last comment have you ever worked for ANY large company? Especially one with a guy like Mcdonough in charge? I'm going to make a guess with your response that's a no. There is a clear chain of command and you don't go around one level to get to the next. Especially for something like that. Again you'd either sit there and play or you wouldn't be sitting there. I know a lot of NHL players and I can't think of ONE that would do what you just suggested. Which ones do you know that would?

You sit there and take it Pez. The guy is one of the winningest coachs in the NHL. None of us always agree with him, but the fact his resume is far more than any of ours in the NHL is just that.

Again they have the 5th most points in the NHL. Long way to go here man.

Q: "Okay, if your name starts with an M you're going out next. Following that everyone born on an odd year will be out."

Keith: "What about us D"?

Q: "I want you and Seabs to pay attention to Henrik this next shift and completely forget about Daniel".

Keith: "Mission accepted..."

I've worked for several large companies actually, and both of those instances were large companies. Most of my jobs have been for consulting services companies, that service multiple fortune 100 and 500 companies. So if you have a problem with your boss you should just sit there, shut up, and deal with it like a good little peon?

Here we go with the "I know NHL players" card. I guess this discussion is over.

You obviously don't know me very well. I don't ever "sit there and take it". Sorry to disappoint you.

Back on topic, apparently Frolik is scratched tonight and Bickell is in. I don't think it makes much of a difference, but Bickell is better suited to the 4th line. What a disappointment Frolik has been.
