The thing about Hammer is that even though he's overpaid, he is stll a player that is well inside the plus category. He's overpaid and I could see him being moved, but I think we have better options to move. I would sooner try to move Monty than Hammer. But really, I think Keith/Seabs, Oduya/Leddy, and Hammer/Monty is pretty solid. Olsen can definitly take a slot if needs be, but unfortunately, I'm not much up on who else is a D-man in the pipeline that could do the job of Oduya, Hammer, or Monty. If we make a move from outside of the organization, what's to say it won't take some acclimation time?



On the other hand I can see us doing what we can to get rid of Olesz, and possibly Frolik as well. We *do* have players in the system we know can take their slots.
