Does a person even need to look at the sabermetrics to see with their own eyes that dude was handed absolutely stacked rosters in COL and STL and never went anywhere with them as was expected of them? Like rosters that were supposed to be serious contenders and then underachieved once they started playing his "system" longer and longer? Or that the Hawks Cup roster was a once-in-a-who-knows-what-in the post lockout NHL occurrence because it was even more than absolutely stacked it was mega-stacked and even Lord Vader couldn't **** up that kind of assemblage of talent with bad Jedi mind tricks?



Whatever. I am just a bitter fangirl at this juncture---he's worn *me* the **** down.

Same could be said of Randy Carlyle when he won his ring in 2007 and Marc Crawford when he won with the Divealanche (and then coached the Canucks and Kings). Sad but true.

Currently, the Hawks are 6th in scoring-- with the losing streak nestled in their minds.

Their goal differential is +3. Hard to win games when the opposition is netting 4 to 5 every other night (it seems). They basically have to be on 1984 Oilers pace to keep up offensively.



I get what you're saying-- this team has no business being SO as many times as they have.



I'm just going to sit with the rest of you and wonder WTF...

Get rid of as many of the stiffs as possible - they won't be here next year so give their ice time to the kids to get them some experience.
