Never liked Clutterfuck hes a dirty little shit rod. Hes going to be a dick this series until someone retaliates and he sells a fucking fake injury or some shit like that. He reminds me of prick head Orpik (just not a blueliner).

Not being live at the game it looked like the officials also blew 2-3 offside calls on the Hawks which were NOT offsides. That drives me crazy when one is playing a trapping team. Whats your take being live?

Officiating last night was just fucking terrible. Leaning towards the Wild no question. There were a couple of icings that were questionable, more than 2 offsides, three tripping, Toews, Kane, Shaw, clear tripping and the fucked up goal call.

FYI Everyone in that end could see the puck. He was not completely over it. We all saw it sitting there and so did the fucking ref, he was looking right at it.

Bickell took a really nice run at Clutterfuck last night. He needs to keep that up. Same with Shaw. If Bollig is going to play and be out on the ice against him, he better be taking liberties with him too.

Everyone was hitting last night. It was nice to watch.

Konopka wanted no part of Bollig. That was pretty funny.

I think Bickell will keep it up. I was really impressed with him last night and could see him having an outstanding series against the Wild. He played well in the short playoffs last year also against the Yotes. These are teams Bickell is made to play against if he keeps that mean streak up. Really love this 3rd line and have all season. 3 guys with different styles and who know their roll. No other team in the NHL can match our 3rd line in my opinion...much like in 2010.

No room for Bolland although other than Face Offs Zus is NO 2nd line Center.

Sit Bolland for the remainder of this series. Hes not going to help the 2nd line anyways. Guys ineffective if he can't be a pest and is too screwed up physically to battle. Kanes going to have to carry the line like he has all season. Until Sharp can start hitting mesh again.

Or, heaven forbid, try putting Pirri on the second line.

Right, either or. I just don't see why not? That's the point of having black aces right? Just dress Handzus as 4th line center with Kruger and Frolik, and if Pirri is struggling that bad, switch them. Couldn't possibly be that much of a liability on the ice that you couldn't play him at least the 7 minutes Bollig played in 4 fucking periods the other game.

agree. the only guy who could is retired thank god.

his minutes will go down drastically in game 2. Have to think the Wild gave him that ice time knowing the 2 day break would rest him. No way they give him those minutes again...then again it is the Wild. Sitting back while 4 other guys are clogging the neutral zone isn't very hard work. No idea why the Wild resort to that hockey they do have talented guys. Not Hawk like talent but a few guys who should be allowed to skate more.

On that note, how must Parise feel having to play in a system like that. I bet he's having regrets going there, if not, he will after their first round exit.

Total waste is his talent on that team.

Anyone know what Carcillo did to get on Q's shit list? I know he hasn't played too great so far, but he came back from a bad injury and must have worked hard to get back into shape. If he is back to his old form (minus the suspensions), they could use a guy like him against the Wild (Klusterfuck, Koniption....). Replace Bollig for a game or two.

He sucks and doesn't play physical anymore? Still probably a better option than Bollig, though.

carcillo tweets too much. q doesnt like that shit.

i kid...no idea why carcillo.is in the shit list. probably for what pez said hes a shadow of his old self.

im one of the few who doesnt mind bollig to be honest. i think he serves a purpose even though he lacks any real hockey skill. not that bad of a shut down 4th liner though.

I don't mind Bollig at all either. I guess I'm just not sure Carcillo fully tested out his knee yet (I think that's what was messed up). It couldn't hurt to throw him in a game or two here and there. Maybe he clicks with Frolik? :music-rockout:

I think Handzus is fine between Kane and Sharp

He's very good positionally....makes very smart plays with the puck - in both ends. Good on faceoffs, and goes to the net in the offensive zone for a net presence. With having Kane who looks for the trailer and all Sharp does is shoot...he's smart to know to go to the net.

Not sure why Pirri would be a good choice there when smart play with the puck is most important this time of year.

I don't think Carcillo fully has his speed/skating back. He looked a bit step behind all year

Handzus was 38% at the face-off dot in game one... not a good game for him. Hopefully he turns it around because he looked good in his stint.

Yeah...I'm not too worried about that with him

He had 3 hits as well...which was good to see

Because Pirri might just give Kane that spark offensively Zus will never be able to do. Then other teams cant play their top pair against both lines.

He's no 2nd line Center no matter what way you put it.

Again, you can always switch Handzus back if Pirri is fucking up that bad. That's the advantage with dressing players who can actually do things and can give you options. He cannot possibly be any worse than Bollig playing 7 minutes in almost 4 periods of hockey. What is the point of that? Why they would ever dress Bollig any longer when you have that kind of talent up here just waiting, and with injuries on the team, I will never understand.
