hmmm interesting
He doesn't have any inside information or anything like that, I think it was just a prediction.
hmmm interesting
But Adam Dunn is totally possible?

dunn would be the worst move for the cubs, they wont win this year, next year may even be tough, so if you are on a 3 year deal with dunn, you are looking at the 3rd year of his deal to really contend. waste of money for the cubs.
as a reliever?
I am a very pessimistic Cub fan, but they can absolutely compete next year.
You replace Lee (1.2) with Dunn (3.9), and replace Aramis (0.9) with his usual numbers (4.5), and replace Theriot (-0.3) with Anything (1.0), and you are an 83 win team right there.
Not winning the division yet, but pretty close, don't bring up all scrubs and make a few trades and the Cubs are competing.
You act like the Cubs are the Kansas City Royals or something.
Not only that but does anyone realize how bad our 3 hitter was last year? It was our worst spot other than lead off and 9. It was a .331/.390 last year which means our lineup should have averaged 4.143 runs a game (it really averaged 4.228), but if you put Dunn in at the 3 spot (.381/.521) it brings our lineup up to 4.373 or a 37 run improvement. Which in and of itself is nearly 4 wins.

Waldo, you idiot....
Where does it say that the Cubs are expected to make a play at Gonzo? You show me where. That is such a far fetched fantasy, it isn't even funny.
On XM radio and Levine said it too. You dumb ****!
Really?
Really?
If you disagree i have a brilliant idea. debate your point with your opinions of the topic, or if you dont have the time and are frustrated with another users post, use the facepalm smiley, it is there for a reason. no need for this at all.
