It's not as much that Dunn doesn't want to come here, but I don't think the Cubs want him....IF we truly are in rebuild mode, we wont waste millions on a veteran

A semi-rebuild. If we were doing a true rebuild, we would have seen Sandberg as manager, so we could please the fans. However, I think they will attempt to compete and rebuild at the same time. Although, if we made the playoffs, it would almost surely be a NLDS and out. But, anything could happen.

the only way it isnt a full out back up the truck rebuild is there are contracts on this team that cannot be moved, therefore seeing zambrano, fukudome, and aramis in a lineup is misguiding the fans because it is giving the fans the wrong idea.
