I'm just curious, why is it that you base your opinions on the exact opposite of what Adam Dunn says?
what?

Dunn has said he wants to be a Cub. You don't think he'll be a Cub. He's said he doesn't want to play in the AL. You think he'll end up in the AL, at least that's the way it comes off.
Stop being such a homer.
peavy also didnt want to play in the AL either because he wanted to bat and play "baseball" but...hmmmm....what league is he in? did he not waive his no trade to come to the AL? or am i mistaken.
I take no stock into what players say when it comes to the AL/NL....and if you do be prepared to be heartbroken.
Wow, you found one instance in which someone who wanted to stay in the NL went to the AL.
I'll make you another bet that Dunn stays in the NL, since you are so sure of this.
i like the chances of him going to the yankees, allthough im not as confident in that as i am the for sure inevitable....he wont be a cub. so no, i will not take that bet and let you get off that easy on the dunn to the cubs bet, because if he stays in the nl i lose, but doesnt go to the cubs i win...which is a wash. il stick with dunn not coming to the cubs bet.......il even donate 100.00 to your theatre or scholorship fund if he comes to the cubs.
The only accurate thing CO has said is that DH's give the AL an advantage. Because most NL teams don't have a bench player as good as an AL team's DH offensively.
CO can't hear you though.

explain in detail what advantage you are talking about?
1) in interleague play when the AL is at home the advantage goes to the AL due to the DH.
2) in interleague play when the NL is at home the NL has the advantage due to AL pitchers never taking at bats.
3) In normal play (AL VS AL) the AL has the hitting advantage due to the DH against pitchers.
4) In normal play (NL VS NL) the NL has the pitching advantage pitching to a pitcher.
so this whole general statement of the al having an advantage is just Special person.
But most NL pitcher's bat just as bad as an AL pitcher would. Many bat below .100. It isn't as big of an advantage, not as big as a DH over a bench player anyway.
but an advantage over what!? jesus christ!
In the WS, DH is much > a bench player than an NL pitcher > offensively than an AL pitcher.
