Re: Wrigley renovations, Rahm and Chicago
The “Noodle” (a giant yellow elbow macaroni advertisement) has been moved to the corner of Clark and Addison. It sits in front of the new “Cubs Store,” which will be open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and weekends from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It will sell game-used baseballs, bats, bases and pitching rubbers, among other items. The building was constructed by 1060 Media, which is a company in which the Ricketts family is a part investor.

I'm pretty sure they checked the box. At least according to this guy they did...There was one a couple days ago from The Wrigley Blog that showed a Cubs logo but I wasn't sure if it was a rendering or actual footage. I am sure we'll all get to see it on Thursday though, unless the Ricketts forgot to get the warranty
Noting that Wrigley desperately needs to be rebuilt, Ganis said, “If the restoration doesn’t get done, it’s likely that fewer fans will go to Wrigley and revenue streams will start to go down. In 2011, the numbers went down dramatically. The city needs to protect against Wrigley become less of an economic engine.”
Rice, the stadium has been awful for years. It's finally the fans demanding for something better on the field.
I'm sure that's a new sponsor. It's a bit weird to see, like they're daring opponents to hit the Target
