I’m not a Tebow fan but I think there is this off sort of weird mystical leadership quality to him that is super rare. Maybe it's me just looking for a way to rationalize this signing but I imagine Lawrence is a big part of it. Like Meyer wanting whatever Tebow has to rub off on him.
I honestly don't see the big deal in it.

It's about revenue. Look at the jersey sales. Simply having him on the roster will put more butts in the seats in Jacksonville. He still has a huge following in the state of Florida.
