Noah for Melo? Hell No.

If you actually believe this, promptly cease all watching of, thinking about and discussion about basketball completely. That's a ludicrous statement.

ESPECIALLY since now Noah wants that 70 Million dollar extension...

I disagree with you man. Bandon can lead a team to victory, Melo can lead the game in scoring. And I was not necessarily saying Roy is better then Melo. I was just saying Roy is a better fit for our team right now. We need a two. Rose-Roy-Deng-Boozer-Noah.. Roy plays that Lebron type ball sometimes cause he has noone to run the point over there.. Either way he's not coming so I guess it's pointless.

Where exactly has he lead the blazers? 2 playoffs, 2 first round exits? Melo's scoring has gotten him to the conference finals to lose to the eventual championship lakers. He also has made the playoffs every year unlike Roy. Not to mention that Portland isn't trading Roy. At least not for anything less than Rose and probably Noah.

portland wouldnt trade roy for rose, noah, 12 draft picks, cash considerations, a new arena, and something else.

those guys like to rape the other team in their trades while overvaluing every single one of their players. i absolutely hate their gm.

Mel isn't coming I highly doubt they'd take Deng with Gibson and etc. We won't trade Noah anyways.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Bulls
Bad teams have to overpay good players to stay. We're not a bad team anymore, that's why I really hope the Bulls hold off negotiations, until at LEAST mid-season. That premium to play for a contender, is worth something, and if he really wants to stay here, then he will.

gotta agree..if the only, and obvious, way we know this will work is him signing a extention. As much as any of us would love to add Melo, we all know the reprocussions...he could sign n end up leaving. That which would make him the manor bad guy for years to come.

IMHO, I think he would love being apart of this current roster & this team is his only instant chance trade-wise to be a title contender.

BTW...I know he's a NY guy.......but come on! Why would anyone wanna join the Knicks? (all movie/paprazzi related stuff aside l!)

Has anything new even come out of this the last few days? As each day goes on just sounds like another internet rumor.
