I'm far from on Melo's jock. He is by NO MEANS a top 5 player...

Melo got fouled hard and overreacted and acted like a baby while he did it.

Rodman once kicked a camera guy just because he could... let's not say Dennis was just peachy here.

Melo sucker punched the hell out of Jeffreis and runs to the locker room. He wasn't even involved in the fight but he wanted to get involved, not to help his team but just to punch someone in the face, he's an ignorant dueche. I enjoy a fight once in a while. Rodman was different. Rodman was competitive and would get into fights based on the game. Melo just starts shyt for no reason because of his ignorance.

And I was not comparing Rudy to Melo at all lol..
I'm just saying I don't like Melo. Period. We need a 2, trade for Rudy. Sorry for changing the convo.

Man am I the only one who doesn't want this guy. Get off his jock peeps!
We don't need this clown!

Im not disagreeing about what happened with the fight that Melo got into. But overall you cannot ignore the talent this guy has. Also about Rudy if we can trade for him great, but if not oh well.Idk how that has even been going but as of late nothing much has come up about us trading for him recently.

Dude, are you serious? You defend the honor of Dennis Roldman? Based on one incident? You attack Melo's character and use one of the Bad Boys...one of the dirtiest teams in sports history to prove your point? Seriously?

What is the first thing Rodman had to do when he joined the Bulls...apologize to Pippen...hmmmmm I wonder why...

There are plenty of players I don't like, Rodman was one of them, I was 20 years old when they got him, I hated Rodman throughout his career, then he came to Chicago. I knew what he could do on the basketball court and how he could help the team. Rodman did a lot of dirt AGAINST THE BULLS! But you discount Melo as an option because he slapped one of the Knicks around? C'mon man...

Also im not on his jock either or Noahs,Ive stated my opinion about the situation a dozen times already today and Im not going to repeat myself. I think he is a type 5 player, its hard to find a guy like Melo and its also hard to find a guy like Noah. If you get rid of Noah its a blow and getting Melo is a gain,if you keep Noah its a gain and if you dont get Melo oh well. Also I wouldnt compare Rodman to Melo what so ever. Especially with how Rodman was and still is(im guessing everyone heard about his recent incident? lol) That really is a bad comparison.

Carmelo wasn't even involved in that play.

I take that part back. I was talkin out my ass a bit. I haven't seen Rodman play as much of you. Sure I started watching the Bulls around 97/98 and have been hooked since, I'm 21 now but I did my research and looked back on everything lol. But From what I seen with Rodman always getting into shyt, it was always somewhat comical. I just don't like Carmelo, he's just one of those guys. And it's gonna be hard to root for him.

All right, touche'. But that doesn't really change much in essense. He was just defending J.R. Smith, and overreacted...

You think he really cared about J.R.?? or did he just want to punch someone in the face? lol

It's not like he was just looking for an excuse to go wail on a guy...

How do you know for sure?? Looked like it to me.

Idk, every time someone brings up Carmelo I think of a couple things right away, His killer mid range jump shot, that Brawl, This NBA SpikeTV special he narrated with Bill Walton lol and his ignorance. I just don't like him. Man I'm coming down on him a little hard.
Whatever.

I'm good, Man I wished we had Brandon Roy, he's be such a better fit rather then this clown.
Noah for Melo? Hell No.
Now that I think about it... Deng for Melo? I guess, I mean it's obvious.

Brandon Roy would take the ball out of Rose's hands a lot... he's a better defender but can't defend the post like Melo could. Also not as good of a rebounder. Melo is also a low-high post scorer to go along with that long-range shooting and can pretty much dominate any game...

Melo>Roy

I disagree with you man. Bandon can lead a team to victory, Melo can lead the game in scoring. And I was not necessarily saying Roy is better then Melo. I was just saying Roy is a better fit for our team right now. We need a two. Rose-Roy-Deng-Boozer-Noah.. Roy plays that Lebron type ball sometimes cause he has noone to run the point over there.. Either way he's not coming so I guess it's pointless.

I'm surprised that nobody mentioned Melo's ball and chain girlfriend. Shes an alpha-yoko personality. The one and only Lala Vasquez!

If we can trade for Melo, we need a clause that says no Lala. LOL

Rose, like Billups in Denver, would still be the leader of this team.

The Bulls already have Brewer and Watson to play SG. That is pretty damn solid defensively, and off-the-ball, and Watson can hit the three. And, like I said, Roy would provide a lot of offense that Rose provides already... The Bulls would be much, MUCH better of with Carmelo.

Its only been a year...and the fact Cutler will have to learn a new offense every year here certainly doesnt help him at all.
