Our group was two under. Had a really good 14 year old in our group. He stuck a par 3 within 3 feet for a birdie.

It was a POS course when I was young and first started golfing.... used to do "Junior Golfing" on Tuesday mornings there every week in the summer.... essentially Junior Golf was just them making money having us golf while they cut the grass... I hit a mower on 2 occasions lol. One time my crazy friend I golfed with got pissed on one of the semi-flooded greens and carved his name into the green with his putter. He was a big dude so I wasn't gonna stop him lol... but the funnier part is no one seemed to care enough to investigate .... they just fixed up the green and people continued golfing.

That Meadows in Blue Island is hands down the worst course I ever golfed.... I hope that one in Iowa is much nicer :-D

What is your all's favorite brand of golf balls? I've been told my bro-in-law would like some good ones for Christmas...I personally don't care what I hit; I'm just happy if I find it. :shrug:

For Premium Urethane cover balls

Of course you can't go wrong with Titleist Pro V1's but for ~$40 a doz

But I like the Calloway Hex Chrome and are a very nice ball ~$30 a doz

I also like Bridgestone B330-RX for normal swing speeds but they are spendy ~$35

But for value and a decent ball the Maxfli balls at Dicks are Urethane cover balls and under $30..I think made by TaylorMade...

I noticed I can get 2 dozen Nike Mojo's for <$20...I'm assuming there's a reason why.
