Good luck to your arteries when they get clogged up weirdo.

Horsemeat has almost double the iron of beef, but it also increases the bodies system of regulating iron, so your iron intake is improved(by method of improving your natural blood serum). It also has less bad cholesterol(it lowers your LDL). If you eat horsemeat regularly, you will actually do the opposite of clogging arteries.

I've had calves balls (rocky Mt. Oysters) but don't own any lambs. They are NOT the same as Hush Puppies. Hush Puppies are little fried balls of cornmeal, like a deep fried corn muffin.

And I don't eat cats or dogs but would in a Zombie Apocalypse if it were to make or break my survival.

The Horse was just fine. Pretty delicious actually. Very lean, would have been pretty tough had I not taken such care in preparing it. Probably better than any of that meat they call beef at Arby's...

When I was a kid I wouldn't eat (nor even try) anything new; in fact, I was so picky it gave my parents fits. Now I'll eat just about anything.

It's funny what being really hungry (starving) just once will do to a person's silly food aversions. Off the top of my head ...I can't name a single herbivore that I wouldn't eat.

Would you eat a human being?

If it's made of meat or the majority of organs I'm willing to eat it. I understand the emotional hangup if it is something that is a house pet, but as far as farm/work animals and game...it might as well be a walking/flying/swimming meat locker as far as I'm concerned. Actually, I'm still a little pissed I didn't get to eat any Zebra.

Could it also be that you're related to Jeffry Dahmer?

No chance. Dahmer is some kind of German/Danish name and I don't have any of that ilk in me.

It could be the breeding my people did with the natives that were already over here though; those folks were known to eat a human in a pinch, without reservations...

I need the secret. I have a son, 9 years old, and there is only a handful of things he'll eat and it bugs me cause he's too skinny and not getting enough protein. His little brother, a year younger, is the complete opposite and will eat anything you put in front of him. I'd like the older one to be like that. I don't want to starve him though. I've thought about doing it but I can't.
