I'd like to try horsemeat. That way I can add it to my list of meats I have ate.

Bison
Deer
Duck
Rabbit
Squirrel
Racoon
Iguana
Alligator
Rattlesnake
Frog (legs)

(not listing seafood)

Good list

I would add some birds, subtract the Iguana and add some slugs and
snails.

(not listing insects)

There sure are quite a few sick bastards here on CCS.

I haven't had horse but I do end up in third countries and eat some weird things as well as things that I don't know what they are. I had cuy on my last trip. Didn't think I would eat that in my entire life when I was growing up.

Spend a couple of months in a foreign country and you'll likely wind up eating some things you never thought you'd try.
Eel, jellyfish, pig intestine (looked ok, but damn near barfed on the spot), snake, etc.

Edit:
Yeah, what AuCN already said.

Does your diet somehow makes you more enlightened than the rest of us? Are there specific criteria that an animal or plant must conform to in order for you to deem it suitable for consumption? If so, what are they?

So your whinny bitchfest concerning eating a horse has no basis in any sort of moral or factual foundation? Cool, one more person who's opinion is of absolutely no worth.

ill stake more worth in a dostoyevsky reader's opinion than one who probably values 'two and a half men' for its intellectual stimulation.
