I kinda hate you now... I will never get down to that kinda weight ever again.

In high school I was 5'11 170-175lbs.

It feels impossible to drop weight now, but I have let my diet go to shit so I don't wonder why lol.

Im only 20 so that's probably why. Fast metabolism. I eat garbage all day lol. I was more cut before. Time to get that back. Might go for a run right now actually ha.

EVOO is expensive and should be used more as a finishing oil. Only cooked with certain foods as well. People using it like hot cakes is dumb and just costing themselves money.
