Like others here, you have serious reading comprehension problems. Nobody was talking about being butt hurt over Marshall leaving. Was just disagreeing that he was a bad influence for the likes of Alshon when, by all accounts, he was not only an excellent mentor for AJ but led off season workouts for many players and was viewed as a key team leader for the Bears right up to the "unacceptable loss."

Yet you fail to mention anything about flying to NY every week to do a TV show. That did not fit Fox's new culture of "buying in" at all. The locker room stuff was only part of it.

Perhaps you haven't read all the posts on the 10 pages of this thread? There are plenty of people who want FoxPace to shit can him.

"shit can"

Now where did I see that before?

On his day off...

You know, many many players around the NFL fly home, to interviews, to shoot a commercial, etc... on their day off.

Why? Because it's their fucking day off and the CBA says they can do whatever the **** they want. As far a I know, the only people in the world who rip their dicks off when a guy does what he wants on is day off is Bears fans

I don't think anyone want Jeffery gone, imo. I just think that some find it interesting that first, there are rumors that Jeffery doesn't like being in Chicago, and 2nd, this news is similar to the last 2 veterans that were let go.

Sometimes, where there's smoke, there's fire. Fox is the one that has to believe Jeffery is buying in to the team, and if he doesn't, we could see some sort of move. Personally, I hope Jeffery shows up in great shape, and plays great.

However, right now he's not here with his team mates, that's the bottom line.

Whatever dude, debating with you is like debating with a 1st grader. Maybe Fox thought that he should have been resting and rehabbing his injury that kept him from playing?

It's time you quit your insistent whining about Marshall. You really need to move on from it. Three other pro teams moved on from Marshall. What does that tell you? That tells you that there were things that detracted from his great production. Just wait and see how the Jets QB situation pans out this year. I personally won't be surprised we revisit this later.

John Fox never coached Marshall

You posted first ... dude. I just responded by correcting you.

It tells me that all 3 of those teams were in a coach/regime change and made a dumb ass move by letting him go.

No shit Sherlock! The 1st thing he did was evaluate his roster, and look what they did the year before. He also a sit down with Marshall and I'm pretty sure the whole TV thing came up. Like I said, debating with a 1st grader who thought they said something clever.

Same stupid argument, different day.

Marshall still went out there and helped his team win more games than the year before, put up career numbers, helped a journey man QB look pro-bowl caliber, and was
both a pro-bowler and all-pro.

Dumb...

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black??

Yet, after Fox had time to evaluate the Roster, which he took time to do, he concluded that Marshall was not part of what he wanted moving forward with the Bears. The only reason people are still talking about it is White's injury. We can all agree that it wasn't Marshall's production, so it's clear it had to be something else.

Of course it's clear.

The Bears released a report that the reason they traded Marshall was due to financial considerations.

So on top of his locker room outbreaks, his not talking to his QB for a year, his wanting to do TV shows every week, it also saved the Bears a good amount of money for their rebuild? I see, cool. However, I'm not sure you get the whole debate thing. Fool.

The TV show is his day off...what's next...players can't go to the bar?...Oh wait they can. Dude went on his day off and never said anything negative or what went on in locker room during that time. Whoopee Doo......let's get rid of probably our best offensive weapon because he did something that didn't hurt us on his off day. Oh and made Jay angry.....never mind that Jeffery still trained with him and I believe is doing it this year.

Was it his fault or Cutler's fault for no longer talking? Cutler has had guys like Urlacher talk about him as well....but let me guess he was a shit teammate and couldn't lead either. I love how we paint him as a innocent party. Hey blame everyone around him, it's easier that way.

I agree with all that you said. Marshall, i think, has a great personality and will probably be successful in TV after he retires. Plus.......HE IS GETTING PAID by a network to do that show. Since when should a company ***** about a guy making money ON HIS OWN TIME. THey sure as shit don't ***** at the QB **** in GB nor old Peyton and his stupid Nationwide and Poppa John commercials do they?

Sme thing with these so-called "voluntary camps"....... Why is it when noone is bound to appear at these camps, teams and media start bitching when a guy doesn't go to them and you have to listen about that same guy not being a "team player" and other shit like that. It is all bullshit that is 100% stacked in the team's favor is it not?
