The other big question with Ben Johnson will be who can he get to fill out his coaching staff? I think it will be imperative that he gets an experienced DC, ideally one with HC experience that he can lean on.

The other massive spot on the coaching staff, really of the prospective HC's, will be: Who is the OL coach? Can they develop and build a cohesive OL?

There's no one better to bring in to work with Caleb Williams and put the offense in a position to succeed. The question is and always has been, is he a head coach or just a great coordinator/offensive mind?
