Agreed. Poles has shown his hand. This is more for Fields than a rookie

This is the best possible hire for them to make.
So, that about avg throughout the league? In 2023, Waldron's offense in Seattle averaged 21.4 points per game and 322.9 yards per game.
I think he showed the best game plan for both fields and a rookie. Feels kind of early to be making that qb decisionThis is more for Fields than a rookie
It is absolutely up there. He has positive playcalling experience and experience under two fantastic HCs. Chicago is making a good move today that will have several downstream improvements for this offenseThis is the best possible hire for them to make. He definitely helped revitalize Geno Smith's career and I would trust him to develop a rookie QB.
Seahawks fans are ecstatic to get rid of himI mean at least he’s called plays before. Otherwise I’m just going to wait and see.
This always happensSeahawks fans are ecstatic to get rid of him
I don't think so. There is no reason to think that the Bears are committed one way or another at this point.Agreed. Poles has shown his hand.
This one looks like a positive for Fields' tenure. I like the hire. Safe and solid. I do suspect they look at film of Fields and prospects for a while and discuss options. Always was and will be Poles final decision but if he's not listening to his expert coaches, he's not doing his job.He probably told the Bears he would only accept the job if he could choose the QB in the draft. Right @bears26 ?
Hardly but I would certainly feel better about things if I were Fields.Agreed. Poles has shown his hand.
That's fine for them. What he did to revitalize Geno Smith's career is all I need to know. Everyone can argue about what this means for Justin Fields, but that's not the point he's a great hire because he got more out of their talent than he should have. When you get more out of your talent than you should that's good enough for me.Seahawks fans are ecstatic to get rid of him
Look at it this way...if he can cook with Geno, Metcalf and Lockett...I mean at least he’s called plays before. Otherwise I’m just going to wait and see.
Well they were also limited by a limited QB. Geno ain’t exactly elite.Seems hawks fans were tired of bubble screens, lateral plays and not throwing to their best WR. Cool.

Only he comes from the QB Collective coaching tree which is currently working with Caleb Williams so it doesn't tip their hand either way. This is more for Fields than a rookie
