Hmmm. I remember someone mentioning that if a trade for Russell Wilson would have happened we would see a flurry of contract restructuring by the Bears...

I think these are the two heavies who if we trade for Wilson will go to Seattle.

May even be more players but them for sure.
I think they don’t make a decision on either until they have QB plan sorted, because may even need to release one or both.

Why everyone wants to release Hicks is beyond me...
Because it’s unlikely you can keep everyone, especially if you’re making a big move at QB.

Hicks is great. But there’s age & injury to consider here. I’d always rather move off someone early than wait until they’re off the cliff, it’s a balancing act and a gamble at all times.
