I agree. A 64 percent completion rate, over 10,000 yards passing, 64 TDs to 37 picks, 1,090 yards and eight rushing TDs are nothing to sneeze at, especially with a 25-13 record under Nagy.

If the Bears can't swing a deal for a QB without wiping out draft capital, keeping Mitch and using the draft to get help at OT (Carman and Faalele are my guys), WR, and youth on the front seven is not a bad way to go.
In his 50 games that’s just over a whopping 200 yards passing per game. Only another 10 TDs and he’d have reached a 2:1 TD-INT ratio! And don’t forget his 87 career passer rating

On the Trubisky resigning topic...I go back to why would Trubisky want to resign with the Bears? Unless they throw stupid money at him, I would think the best thing for him is to move to another team and get a fresh start. Why would he trust this current Bears coaching staff in any capacity?
