We'll see what happens, but the truth sucks sometimes. It's a 2 way street. The top candidates don't always have the Bears as their 1st pick destination.

eh...wouldn't be my first choice but I wouldn't hate it completely. I don't think it could be worse than Nagy. This does seem like something the Bears would do.

Frazier is a great coach who's QB situation was bleak while he was coaching in Minn. I'm all for bringing Frazier back and giving him a few seasons to see if he can turn things back around. He could be a good coach for Field's development his first few years.

So can someone actually articulate why this would be such a terrible hire? Especially if he comes with Ken Dorsey who from what I’m seeing is a hot name on the offensive side.
Is it the age? Desire for an offensive head coach? Prior experience in Minn?

I personally have a soft spot for Leslie. Maybe the most underrated Bear of all time. I can't recall how many times I see Richardson's name in a Bear discussion with no mention of the shut down guy on the other side.
Personally, I have no clue who would be the best choice but there's a few meatballs that I don't want, it's 2022 for God's sake.

Yes, Dorsey was getting some interest last year as an OC. Would assume if LF is the guy then he’d be in the running.

I think Frazier is probably a safe choice. I wouldn't be excited about it for sure, but I don't think he'd be the disaster Nagy has been and the FO could value stability over a home run

So they hire Frazier and what is the best case scenario? The offense takes off and then his OC gets hired has a HC. Then what happens Mike Tice?

I assume someone like Frazier would have some decent connections but yeah thats why I don't love the idea of a defensive coach. The one coach I'd think about that isn't an offensive coach is Toub. Because he's been on a lot of good staffs and is the best at what he does.
