So they hire Frazier and what is the best case scenario? The offense takes off and then his OC gets hired has a HC. Then what happens Mike Tice?

I don't get this obsession over what happens if the offense turns it around. Good teams lose coaches all the time. Like yearly.

Was thinking the same thing but I think the scenario is to always be training a replacement. Same would be happening on the D side if we hired an O minded HC. Can't do shit about it other than try and prepare and hope they do a good enough job to get those offers.

Sure, why the fuck not.

Cant be worse than nagy.

I'm numb to the pain at this point.
The Magic 8-ball would be better than Nagy at this point.

Wouldn’t be a bad choice. A better version of John Fox probably. The Bears still haven’t hit rock bottom considering the cap and roster make up.

Everybody needs to chill.

Nagy hasn't even been fired. There has not been one official interview with a candidate yet.

The Bears are going to hire someone to develop Fields.. not a washed up DC.

Yeah i'm 50-50 on L.Frazier, I wouldn't be against it if he brought Dorsey with him, hired some good people to coach behind Dorsey and let him and the offense be to do their thing, but wouldn't mind him having a big voice with the defense cause that's what he's been great at in his coaching career.

WOW! I also wouldnt be against hiring some "good people". What a concept!

Also, for the most part of his coaching career, his defenses haven't been great, especially as a HC. Damn, another L for the
n? king

How is he washed up? He has the #2 defense in the NFL at the moment.

I suppose Leslie could be a great Head Coach, but only if he can find a great OC. THAT would be the issue. Frankly, would it be better with a young QB to find a great OC to be a Head Coach and hire a DC?

Think about it, last HC to win the Bears a superbowl was neither a Great OC or a Great DC. Eh... Suppose it is all about finding the proper mix, screaming and throwing a clip board around.

A bit more than that.

A good HC knows how to motivate the team Monday through Saturday, and how to manage the game on Sunday.

He then has good people he can trust to execute HIS vision without micromanagement.

He develops the identity and the overall systems for the team. Coordinators can "play" within those systems, so long as they are adhering to the overall system. Which is why when someone leaves and someone else comes in, they are coming in to run the existing system - not start a brand new one. And they too can "play" a bit within the system, adding wrinkles they like, but the overall system remains the same.

This is how a team establishes an identity, and it all comes from the head coach.

That soppy pussy has mush brain from melting down so frequently. I won't ever expect much actual content from him. He's probably plotting his next FF scam
