So as much as I have embraced the Mexican family I have married into, many times my breakfast is very traditional. I went for the picture to be honest instead of doing the hashbrowns underneath the eggs to allow the overeasies to just drip right into the potatoes.

I bought Kirkland Bacon from Costco last night. Looks really nicely thick cut and it's strictly a center cut at only $4.00 a pound. I'll report on it later
