I agree with you about hoping Pace doesn't flop. But Emery literally fucking blasted this organization in the ass with a dildo covered with sandpaper. Shea, Trestman, Tucker, Cutler, Allen, Houston, Joe D, drafting a punter, etc. I am not saying he didn't have good moves with Long, Alshon, Marshall trade - but his bad moves really crippled the Bears. His worst moves were his biggest and most expensive moves. That was the problem.

This rebuild should take at most is two years.

I don't feel 2 years is enough to fix the ENTIRE skill players on the offense. Basically (if we trade Cutler) we would need to replace an elite WR, elite RB (since Forte will be replaced sooner rather than later) and find a franchise QB.

I am hoping he was causing a shit storm in the locker room and acted like an asshole during his meeting with Pace/Fox. I sure as shit didn't see it. I saw a guy who liked to win and was one of the best wide receivers who has ever put on a bears uniform. Whatever, do whatever you want with Cutler now.
