Wish the Bears had a QB with closing talent.
it's almost like playing for a superior team may have been a factor
Jesus. That crazy.Fields still is averaging a fumble per start after 4 years.
43 fumbles in 43 starts. (Not including today's game.)
If he was to make it to a playoff game...you can almost count on a game changing fumble. Possibly in the 4th quarter.Jesus. That crazy.
hey man, his 4th quarter QBR has improved. his world beater status is going to net the Bears a 4th round pick.If he was to make it to a playoff game...you can almost count on a game changing fumble. Possibly in the 4th quarter.
That’s not how being odds work. The winless lions could be 10 point favorites over the 16-0 Patriots, if for whatever reason, there was a massive amount of money bet on the Lions, and the book makers needed to set the spread and give points to the Pats, to get an even amount of money bet on the Patriots.Go Fields! I'm proud for his success. He was a hell of a guy here and I'm glad he's making the most of his second bite at the apple. Since everything about either Fields or Williams becomes a comparison of them, let me weigh in.
Bears have 148 points over 6 games (round up to 25 ppg) and are 4-2, on a 3 game win streak.
The Steelers have 124 points over 6 games (round up to 21 ppg), are 4-2, and just stopped a losing streak.
Seems to me like if there was a primetime matchup between the two, Chicago would be favored to win by 4 points. The team captained by Williams would be the winner. Fantastic, Williams would be favored to have the best stat, 1-0 in the head to head matchup!
Meh. Remember, while Marino was setting the world on fire stat wise, Elway was winning the AFC time and again, playing much like how Fields is now.hey man, his 4th quarter QBR has improved. his world beater status is going to net the Bears a 4th round pick.
He’s not committing to Russ either.Justin Fields is still ranked near the bottom of the league when it comes to QBR. Yall need to stop cherry picking this man’s stats. He’s still playing the exact same as he did in Chicago. Barely averaging 170 yards passing and barely a TD a game. Pittsburgh defense is elite and holding teams to under 13 points a game
This style of play ain’t sustainable and Tomlin knows it. That’s why he won’t commit to Fields
Is Fields succeeding, sure. He’s also asked to do the bare minimum. What Williams is doing his rookie year as far as running an offense, Fields would never be able to do. Fields won’t ever win you a SB.
