Haha... I come to the bigfoot thread and get another long forgotten vermette sighting...

Vermette to the Blackhawks for Sharp, Bickel, and Seabrook E5.......

Classic Fiddy.... ask him if we should just go ahead and trade him for Turris now since he's obviously on the down side of his career.

Fiddy still posts elsewhere. His current soapbox is about the "country club" atmosphere that Q has, and how Hossa's career is in a complete and utter decline.

It's the trainwreck syndrome. It's horrible but I can't look away.

I remember when there were some here who said that Sharp was no longer necessary. The guy sure is playing lights out now!

I remember when a few people at IHN said that Saad was easily replaceable by someone from Rockford. That was during last season.

I wouldn't get too carried away. Come next season, moving his contract will be a necessity.

Beerboy used to hate on Kaner quite a bit. Acco was all over the place on his critique, guy would be on the ledge:shot::lol: (with Pez) after every loss and ready to blow the whole thing up.

That's something different though. Losing Sharp would hurt pretty damn badly. It would be a "necessity" only because of other bad decisions they've made with managing cap and if they're unable to trade someone like Bickell. Sharp would be a pretty damn easy player to move and the only other viable option with that kind of cap hit. Not because Sharp is expendable. It's because they would have no other option. I don't consider Seabrook an option seeing as they have absolutely no one to replace him and Hossa can never be traded, ever.

If we -have- to jettison a 5m+ contract, it's gonna hurt no matter who it is.

I stand by my opinion on goaltending. Crawford would hurt the least out of any of those guys.
