My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Bulls
  2. Golden State Warriors
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
ellis and jennings is another one

i see what you were getting..my only thing is that, as you said in this post, rose and evans would be a notch below those guys as a duo imo.

I'm not sure how comfortable evans is sharing the ball and playing a bit of off guard

but then again..we really have no idea how rose and evans would mesh...sooo....

Hmm yeah Ellis and Jennings works as a comparison sorta. Even Steph Curry and Ellis...but the difference is that Evans probably wants to play point. Ellis is a ball dominant SG.

I like Evans game. There are holes for sure, but he has a solid mid-range game, good handles, & gets to the FT line. The Kings haven't really set a defined role for him, like you stated. Is he the PG? Is he the SG? Hell they were playing him at SF for stretches even, & he's definitely NOT a SF. One could also argue his decreased numbers are a result of better players around him (namely Cousins taking over as the focal point of the offense). He took less shots & played less minutes this year than the 2 previous. He was also injured for a good portion of his sophmore season which had an effect on his play that year no doubt.

But either way, I think the kid would be great in our system with our coach. Sadly this will probably never happen, so this is all pipe dream talking.

well i think part of the reason he had such a good rookie campaign was because he had more control of the team, which was really because it was pretty bad. Even now, it's not a good team, but evans has a little more help so his stats have gone a little down because he's starting assume a little more of a role in the offense.

he's a little turnover prone, has some efficiency issues sometimes(he can get to the line ok, which helps him but he's a pretty bad 3 point shooter..so he often has to take quite a few shots to get his points)

He's a good player, and i think he would be a good asset if he could fit in chicago's system...
