I hate to say it..

I don't know if we will see Vitters reach his full potential.. or even half of it.

I'm the same on Vitters. I hope and wish he makes the majors, but at this point it's unlikely.

It would be nice to have Andrew Cashner and Jay Jackson in the starting rotation next year but it won't happen. Wells and Silva can go somewhere and maybe Z but I love him.

I'd like to see Cashner as a starter, eventually. I think we just keep Wells because he'll be cheap for a middle of the rotation starter. And Zambrano can go play in traffic for all I care.

Vitters to get time at 1B along with 3B at the AZL fall league. Also, Brett Jackson has commited to the AZL fall league.

In other news, JH said Jeff Samardzija will get starts in Sep when he gets called up.

Also, pitcher Chris Archer will represent the Cubs organization in the fall league.
