Suspension isn't going to matter. Karma caught up with Carcillo. I see a nasty knee injury there. Im going to guess with my non medical knowledge that its a 2 month min.

Carcillo is neither a goon or enforcer so that point is moot.



The onus is on Gilbert to get hurt more than Carcillo... therefore Gilbert shall be shanabanned for 3 games.

Hit wasn't that bad. Back when hockey was allowed to be played that would have been a 2 minute interference call... Shanahan has pussified the sport to an extreme low.



Everyone gets butthurt over simple 2 minute penalties these days.

The only reason Ovechkin was suspended for 2 games was because he hit Campbell from behind resulting in a boarding penalty... Carcillo did NOT hit Gilbert from behind, in the numbers.



It should have been 2 for interference and that's that.
