That is for a whole other thread altogether, pal. But for the record, SHE LIVED IN THE SAME HOUSE - OF COURSE HER FINGERPRINTS WERE ON THE KNIFE!!!!!

Knox didn't do anything but get swept into a trial and conviction by a lieing, murdering, druggie, drifter, degenerate illegal alien. The court system in Italy is a lot different than the one in the US and the prosecuter of that case is already being recommended for charges for what he did to Knox and Sollecito.

Yeah in her case I actually believe she is innocent of murder. All the places they found her prints and DNA are all places that are completely logical to find her dna and prints had there not been a murder.

She'll have to ask Fluff. His connections that got him four extra tickets to resell and **** fans must surely have access.

Ok Fluff, show me how she is guilty. Prove to me see killed that killed by her hand.

You cannot put someone in jail, much less give them the death penalty, because you have a gut feeling. That isn't the way the judicial system works. Why is it that a high school drop out can see that and you can't?

What a fucktard statement.

O'Reilly nailed it on his program tonight by stating we are now a society that requires too high a burden of proof to convict - that unless this jury had a videotape of the killing they would never convict. Plus playing interview tapes with the dopey alternate juror really hammered the point home.

Fluff, What was the cause of death? Answer that question please. With the evidence that has been provided as we know it, what was the cause of death?

In the link I provide a standby juror (who sat through the whole case) said all the jurors kept asking when is the prosecutor going to provide Motive. You do need motive for a murder

"I did not say she was innocent," Ford, a 32-year-old nursing student told ABC. "I just said there was not enough evidence.

Wow again what we've all been saying. No one has said she is innocent of the crime but in the court of law there wasn't enough to convict her. Thank god the jury was stand up to follow the rules and do the RIGHT thing.

There is a world of difference between "not guilty" and "innocent"

and having a high burden of proof is a bad thing how? and the second part, sensationalism, but what do you expect from the "news".

Look at these people getting let out after 25 years, or that poor schmuck in texas in 2004 who they executed anyway because they wouldnt stay his execution to admit evidence that proved his innocence, a combination of words that should never have to be used.

So I dont know maybe we should do what you want and have justice systems similar to China.

He surely knows there was none? And Bill Oreilly is another sensationalistic douche bag.
