NA, cant kill bad grass but I lucked out my commercial property missed it by 1/2 a mile. Would have been the second one in 5 years. This fucking climate change is a mother fucker. We never had Twisters down here.

You'd offer it to them as a partially subsidized govt program that is actually just debt you force them to take on.
Then you sell that debt to Wall Street.
