Praise to John Scott. He stepped in there for Campbell last night.

Beore you guys rip me for his let me point outCampbel was injured seriusly last year for a similarplay, plus the Hawks are short on d-men. Campbell is a guy that has been hurt a few times, and a key guy for the Hawks. Ryan Johnson was right there as well but saw Scott coming. Some of the code gets deleted when it's a guy like Campbell nearly getting run. Also, a classic example of why the instigator rule is crap.

Coach Q makes a nice move by having Scott out there when the Hawks go up by 3. He knew somebody like Staubitz was going to try to stir things up.

Nah I agree with you...he did exactly what we brought him in for...he stuck up for his teammates and if i dare say so, played decently in his limited time on defense

Scott played very well last night, but the guy who i have liked the past couple of games is Leddy. He had a mistake or two last night but overall it was a pretty good game out of him. Keith and him are working well together.

is this serious?

:nelson: That 1 post is more serious than anyone takes you, and more serious than anything you have ever posted. Now run along and and claim he is a terrible 4th liner because he cant score 90 points.

Laugh all u want i dont give up on on a player that i see a lot of potential in and i see that in stalberg.

Ignore him, he has no idea what the cap is, and because Stalbeg is not a point per game player, which makes him crap in joehawk terms

Funny, people hate on Kopy yet he is far & beyond better than Stalshit.

I cant believe I just read that. :shot:

Stalberg plays with Jake Dowell & Scott/Johnson/Pisani. Guys that aren't known or supose to put points on the board.

Kopecky plays with Hossa/Sharp/Frolik Etc. so of course he is going to be better offensively. Give Stalberg a shot with those guys and see what happens

I Agree And if I am remembering right when stalberg scores and has good games he is with the top lines and not with the non scoring lines. and i would even bet if you put him on a hossa line and kopy on any other scoring line at the end of lets say 15 games the STALMAN WILL HAVE KICKED KOPY'S ASS.

I just love how he plays (when healthy). He works harder back checking than any player i can think and does things with the puck I could only dream of doing myself...

The Kopy/Stalberg debate is irrelevant. They're both going to be gone next season.

I would have to say I have a hatred for Bickell. The guy has a low salary which is nice, but I would much rather see Brouwer up with Bolland and Hossa. The guy has a good wrist shot... and that seems to be it. He takes forever to wind up and and everyone knows its coming. For being as big as he is, I would like the guy if he threw his body around some, which I thought he would do in coming aboard this team full time this season.
