Why? I don't see the huge problem with it. I am not sure I like how left handed the top of the order is right now, but I don't think Castro is a terrible choice there given his improving power and contact.

Also giving him less PAs while his OBP is hovering around pi/10 is usually not a bad idea.

I've heard little nuggets about a theory of Jackson pressing too hard to make the big league club as being part of his K issue... though not from highly reliable sources. Pretty much speculation, but it kind of made a slight bit of sense. Guess we'll see if he settles that down now.
