I thought you said you were doing a bike trip through Texas where you were gonna begrudgingly visit Hipster-Austin?

And you want a week of 80's to drink Margaritas.

And you are moving to Nashville where they fail at hockey.

What job are you working where you have time for all of this?

The rambling man job.

It's called a transition.

And yes, I plan on moving to Nashville with my degree, bartend on Broadway, Marry a Taylor swift superstar and live out my life riding my motorcycles and being a roadie.

Sup

Ah.... gotcha... so during the transition, how are you paying your bills? Rent? Utilities? Cable/Internet? Food?

Cost of living is a ***** even with a good paying job.

Nashville is pretty awesome. I'd consider moving there.

Third Man Records.
Yup. Yup.

My dad buddy and I went to third man records when we went down for gregg all man concert. Jack white was in other room jamming with the queens of Stone Age. Pretty cool place

My best friend moved there two years ago, and lives in east Nashville. Doesn't come home and absolutely loves the city. We're rooming and I'd like to live near the gulch, expensive tho

Can't wait though. I love that city. Not even into POp country music, but that city is a damn blast and just up my alley. Great for jobs, too. Ya should go!!

Sick of what? A day of rain? It has not rained a week straight, da fuq are you on about?

Fucking JimJohnson be like "Oh ima replace BearsBud and Capt Serious"

Da fuk outta here.

It's not "JUST" about the rain. The temperature also sucks ass. We can't seem to escape 50/low 60s. It's fucking time for 70+, shorts, flip flips, and a fucking margarita like dep said.

Jim--do yourself a favor: Never go to the Pacific NW from September until June. You wouldn't survive here at all.

Again it's not just about the rain. It's about the fact that we had a shitty ass winter (February sucked ass) and now it's May and the weather still sucks. It should be warmer than high 50s/low 60s by now. And the majority of rain should have been in April, not May. The Pacific NW doesn't have shitty ass winters to contend with so people there aren't as mentally fatigued as they are here of having to deal with this shit.

I saw a hummingbird today on the way in to work (Barrington). I've never seen them before July before. Not making a point really, just thought it was kind of cool to see.

The high today is suppose to be 80. The average high for today's date is 71. Its raining now because April didn't produce a whole lot of rain. Blame the weather being fucked up around the globe in general lately for that.

You're joking, right? Chicago never drops below an average of 100hrs/month of sunshine. It's lack of light that causes mental fatigue in the winter--not rain, snow, or what have you.

Trust me--if the amount of light Chicago got/is getting so far this year is affecting you or those you know--don't come out here between September and June without a therapy light. Half of the transplants need one anyway. There's no shame in that. Some people can't deal in an oceanic climate just like I can't deal in a sunny climate unless I go full nocturnal.

Yeah, this year seems off. It pissed me off because late Feb/early March was sunny and 60's here when it should have been grey overcast/drizzle & 40's. Good thing the weather fixed itself for us. Today we got a light rain and full overcast and 50's.

Bright sunshine, high 80s, with a nice breeze down here on the Gulf Coast. Get some rain every few days, although earlier in April it seemed like it rained every day. My lawn is growing like MF. I'm having to mow weekly. Great baseball/softball weather.

To everyone complaining about the rain, you need to send some of that here to California. The drought out here has been so bad that my mom is installing artificial grass at her home (my home already has artificial grass). She also has a huge garden and has decided to let her avocado, lemon, and lime trees die because watering them uses too much water. The state has already passed laws to penalize people for excessive water usage. A lot of the scenery has turned brown and ugly. There have even been reports of farmers stealing water! Shit's bad right now...

Back to 70's tomorrow. Has been a weird spring here. I expect I'll have bing cherries 3 weeks earlier than usual.

Probably fell off a semi coming from Florida.
