I will give Nagy the benefit of the doubt for every assistant hire this season because I like him and think he will do wonders here, but this was a pretty meh hire.

Besides the last 2 years with Hue Jackson and a severe lack of depth, he's had his special teams within the top 15 every year according to Football Outsiders.
A couple years he had them in top 10; one year they ranked as high as number 2.
