This is a disappointment of a hire. Creating a winning antmosphere by bringing in a coach from the laughingstock franchise of the NFL? . . . .

Like Rod Marinelli?

And of course, when a team goes 0-16, the first place to lay the blame is the ST coordinator!

Gotta trust the Mann on this one! He has a great point, the fact that even such a shit show like Cleveland that goes through so many constant changes, it's amazing he's been able to do what he's done.

Another great hire who learned under Toub. The Browns had terrible players and if the team you work for has no depth then special teams will not have the players to work with yet he survived all those firing in Cleveland (that tells you something). Mannelly just gave his vote of approval. One of his favorite coaches.

can we stop getting people from the fucking browns

Can we stop judging coaches simply because they coached the Browns?

FFS, the Browns had little talent on offense or defense, so you know the coach had next to no talent in that special teams unit.

Why don't we meet half way? The Bears will hire whomever they please and you can go pound sand.

I like that idea. That's a keeper.

I'm not as impressed. Special teams very good in 2011 and 2012, but downhill since (middle of the pack 2013-2015, and dreadful 2016-2017). That's not a good trend at all.

I remember the ST kind of being "meh" during those years.

Well...here's to hoping it's not a joke like when Decamillis was the coordinator

That was when Angelo started concentrating on 1st round OL busts, instead of 4th and 5th round ST studs.
