I have always wanted to drive a train. I dunno how much they get paid, but I always wanted to do it. I just dont think I can handle the psychological factor of not being able to stop on a dime. Driving one of those and if you see someone on the tracks and you cant stop and hit them would haunt me forever. I dont know how they do it.

Ive driven a trolley before (I was guided as I was like 8 years old). But yeah, for the longest time as a kid I wanted to be an engineer. But that required engineering school..which..lol lazy me in high school..was never going to get into.

I dunno how I would handle the psychological factor of hitting someone.

where was the trolley? do you still remember it?

see it can happen anytime in a car, truck, motorcycle....but atleast you can do everthing in your power to avoid the accident. being helpless knowing there isnt shit i could do is really scary.

First one is a little blury (sorry) because thats on the control room where the train just passes through real quick before going around again. that area is not open to the public technically but someone left the door open so i took a quick picture  one guy saw me though he didnt care, then he was telling me about the trains. second picture is a worker testing the train on the finished part of a new line. the train had been derailed and he was testing it to see if he fixed it

Here's some older (Classic as they were labeled) Model trains. lighting in the case is a bit goofy unfortunately but most turned out good. The one of the caboose, the caboose doesnt look like it but it is gold. matches the front end of the train in a different pic.

Heres some of the trains i was able to get pictures of. First one is basically a tram. the main line had about 3-4 seperate trams running. most had nothing attatched to them unlike the first one. but all the others turned out blury cuz they were wicked fast lol

I thought this was really cool and had to take a picture. for the scenary on one line, they had a fake drive in movie theater. but the screen in the drive in actually shows things. they play Looney Tunes episodes on it :D
