The train room is where most of the flooding was.. several inches deep.
I basically bucketed water out for a day.. then have had a fan blowing since..
As of now there's only a small spot of water left.
No real damage.

For this one it pretty much will be. Finish the yard and engine service area.
Then it's done.. will be my father's layout till he passes and I get to take it all down in a few decades.
You should hear my ideas for my first full on layout when I move.. (If I can do it)
