The Raiders just wisely upped their stock. They can’t sell their roster but now they can sell control over it. For Vrabel and Johnson that will be a huge positive.

I guess i can't give a 100% confident answer on that but it sure sounds like he has agreed to taking the interview.
I just figured out that the CPD officer in The Fugitive was also Rudy's D-line coach at Notre Dame.

Ian Cunningham should be our GM. We are about to let another great one go, what else is new.

Sure, upped it from rock bottom Mariana Trench to still the worst in the league.

Goff was always good, he was traded because he couldnt finish in the playoffs.

Bears fans act like he never threw for 4.5k multiple times and went to multiple pro bowls.

I am not discrediting him, I'm stating facts that he's in the perfect situation. He doesnt even have to lead that offense because Dan Campbell is the best motivator in the NFL.
He made it to a super bowl so he has finished in the playoffs.

Bill Belichik vibes. I like Carrol but not too sure i like when these older coaches are giving their kids jobs that haven't earned their stripes elsewhere first.

I mean they got jobs elsewhere without dad so. 🤷‍♂️

I don’t know anything else about them though

Surprised the Raiders canned Telesco. His hands seemed pretty much tied into hiring Antonio Pierce when he arrived. Must be a situation where enough candidates have said we want our GM or we're not interested so they got rid of him. Or maybe he just wasn't a good fit in the building, idk. Asking a guy to fix your QB mess in less than one season is a pretty high bar.

True but also don't put anything past Mark Davis. He's a Jerry Jones type owner for sure.

He's probably my first choice at this point.

BJ has an absolutely perfect situation, it would not surprise me if he looks like shit wherever he goes next. He's not bringing the lions offense with him.
Doesn't Monken too? BAL offense is just as talented as DET.

Raiders are a terrible destination. If they didn't realize that they also should probably fire the GM by the time they fired Pierce, it just goes to show how lost they are... but yea, definitely fired him cause they finally realized they'd not generate the interest otherwise.
