Not trying to read too deeply into things today because it's all a mess but if you were 100% keeping Poles, you'd start the interviews early.

Not exactly, season isnt even over yet.

There is no real incentive to interview guys prior to the season end. All the coaches now how attractive this job is, most of the good candidates cant even be interviewed yet cause they are in the playoffs.

Its also a chance the bears have zero interest in a defensive HC like vrabel.

Also, didnt the jets already fire their GM? So there goes ur theory lol

Well, if the Bears were interviewing now, they could circumvent Poles and have the coach meet directly with management.

There is no use firing Poles at this very second - you can make it up to the incoming coach.

Love Riverboat Ron but the game has passed him by. Still can’t believe how awful they looked in the SB against a geriatric Manning in 2015.
What's the difference between a young Ron Rivera and the current Mike Vrabel?

Nothing. They're one in the same. Completely overrated as coaches and leader of men types. You know the John Fox types.

Bears like always dragging their feet.

Gotta focus on this weekend meaningless game, lol.
We're blaming the Bears for dragging their feet when coaches can't even be interviewed yet unless they're unemployed?

God you're thick. RR and MV both white former Super Bowl winning players with head coaching experience. Guess that makes them identical in every way.

There goes your theory of ryan poles being fired, considering russini says poles is considering him

Maybe, just maybe, we should stop listening to shitty chicago media/beat reports with absolutely zero substantial evidence to back their claims.
I really don't have a theory on anything right now, if it were me, I'd fire Poles but this is a dumbass org so they'll do dumbass stuff.

As a fan I have zero faith in Poles ability to identify and hire a top flight candidate and I do believe there's a power struggle between Poles and Warren but I have no clue who's going to come out on top.

The Bears are not a serious football team.

They give the illusion of being a competitive team but all they care about is your foolish money.

Yeah because having played in a Super Bowl will make them great coaches...

You gonna have any thoughts about anything this year or will you just complain about bears fans bitching as you always do?

Jim Harbaugh update?

I’ve never seen our beloved Bears board more unified in the thesis that we, as fans, are doomed.

You'd have to be clinically insane to believe otherwise.

So you think it was poles who hired flus after 2 days of being a GM?

Clearly the last hire was done by their shitty committee and they gave poles an option of 3 garbage candidates. We dont even know what is true regarding reports about flus/poles because the chicago media is trash and conflicts themselves.

Are they dragging their feet or are more people getting fired on Monday?
